STUDENT
SERVICES At ISC Education Centre, our Centre Manager and the Student Services Centre provide the following services for all our students : > All student-related services including Counseling, Course Fees, Class Schedules, Home Leave Applications and Immigration matters, and collection of ISC Education Centre Student ID Card. > Orientation Services. > Accommodation assistance. > Request for Result Slips / transcript / certificate. > Application for course withdrawal, deferment, transfer. > Replacement of ISC Education Centre Student ID Card. ( SGD10 fee is levied for each replacement ) Service Guarantee > Low student to teacher ratio for better interaction and learning (eg. Student rato of 28:1 teacher preferred). > Lessons conducted by experienced and qualified educators registered with the Ministry of Education in Singapore > Certificates of completion, diplomas, advanced diplomas and degrees awarded to those who pass prescribed examination and have good attendance record. > Advance notice will be given for any course postponement of 14 days & more. > Total hours of learning are in accordance with the course schedule. > Adequate facilities for a conducive and quality learning environment. |
