STUDENT PASS A International Student is required to apply for a Student's Pass if he/she has been accepted by an education institution to pursue full-time studies in Singapore. ISC Education Centre will assist all International Students to apply for a student pass as it is required by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore www.ica.gov.sg > (click here to download Student Pass Application Process) CHINA > Letter of Offer from ISC Education Centre > 6 Passport size Photographs. > 2 completed copies of Immigration Form 16, V36 and V39S. > Birth Certificate. (Notarized and translated into English). > Photocopy of Passport. > Highest Level of Education Certificates and Transcripts. (Notarized and translated into English) > Employment Letters of Applicant's Parents stating work designation, salary and duration of work. (Notarized and translated into English) > Bank Statement of minimum deposit of S$ 30,000.00 or RMB$150,000. (Notarized and translated into English) > Study Plan in English. INDIA > Letter of Offer from ISC Education Centre > 6 Passport size Photographs. > 2 completed copies of Immigration Form 16, V36 and V39S. > Birth Certificate. (Notarized and translated into English). > Photocopy of Passport. > Highest Level of Education Certificates and Transcripts. (Notarized and translated into English) > Bank Statement of minimum deposit of S$ 30,000.00 or 9 Lac (Notarized and translated into English) ALL OTHER NATIONALITIES > Letter of Offer from ISC Education Centre > 6 Passport size Photographs. > 2 completed copies of Immigration Form 16, V36 and V39S. > Birth Certificate.
